What is Blade Bottle Battle?
Blade Bottle Battle (BBB) is a new martial arts sport that uses plastic bottles as "knives." Players use specially designed adapters to attach plastic bottles to their opponents. With simple rules and easy-to-use equipment, anyone can enjoy the sport safely.
History
Blade Bottle Battle (BBB) was conceived by Daisuke Hinami, who, during his assignment in India, witnessed the difficulty many people had in acquiring expensive martial arts equipment. He devised a method of using affordable plastic bottles as a substitute. This idea was then taken up and further developed by Shinichi Fujiwara of the Karate-do Kenyukai, leading to the creation of a new self-defense technique using plastic bottles as stand-ins for knives. Thus, BBB was established, and it began to spread as a practical and accessible self-defense method that anyone can easily start.
